- 01Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and dispatched via tracked and or signed Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class delivery.. You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order is on its way.
- 02Currently, we ship throughout the UK and to Greece. If you’re interested in international delivery, please let us know your feedback helps us prioritise future expansion!
- 03We run promotions and special offers, sign up to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay up to date on the latest deals.
- 04If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your parcel has not yet been dispatched.
- 05If your items arrive damaged or you receive the wrong product, email us with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund according to our returns policy.
- 06No, currently we do not offer digital or physical gift cards. This is something we hope to provide in the future as we continue to grow and improve our services.
