How to Start a Return

Once submitted, we’ll review your request. If approved, we’ll email you with instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Window
You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Approved items must then be returned within 14 days of receiving our confirmation.
Condition of Returned Items

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products with broken seals.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Discounts or coupon codes used at checkout will be reflected in your refund amount.

Refunds cover the item(s) only and do not include original shipping costs.
Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
