At Crown & Texture, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return under the conditions below.

How to Start a Return
To begin, please complete our [Return Form] on our website with:

  • Your account number

  • Your order number

  • Your postcode

Once submitted, we’ll review your request. If approved, we’ll email you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Window
You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Approved items must then be returned within 14 days of receiving our confirmation.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products with broken seals.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Discounts or coupon codes used at checkout will be reflected in your refund amount.

  • Refunds cover the item(s) only and do not include original shipping costs.

 

Return Postage

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
